South Pole food


The South Pole runs on its collective stomach it seems. Our head chef James Brown (no relation, I think) runs a nice operation preparing four meals per day (midnight rations "Mid-Rats" as well as the normal three, there are night and swing shifts in some departments). I have great respect for the folks who come down to the South Pole to wash dishes ten hours per day...
